SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga is basically what it sounds like. It's best to learn or participate in SUP Yoga on a wide flat board. Some of the smaller narrower boards, like the one I use for surfing, are not good for yoga. I can do most of the poses I do in standard yoga - meaning not that many and I am not very flexible-- on a SUP. I recommend taking a class and seeing for yourself if it's something you want to make a part of your regular regimen. Anything you do on the water and on a SUP is going to be an experience you will remember.
