SUP Fitness Classes

Get out of the gym and get on a board! I know these guys are ready for some SUP Fitness, are YOU? PaddleFit is the way to go and Wekiva Standup is the place to do it in Central Florida. We have some new classes starting up in February that will shake the rust off and get you out of the boring gym routine while taking your fitness to the next level. If you like sitting on the couch or playing video games all day then this is NOT for you. If you like to SUP and want to get in the best shape you've ever been in while taking in the beautiful scenery and abundant wild life we have on the Wekiva River, then this is for you. Our instructors are PaddleFit Level 2 certified and they will work with all fitness levels so don't worry if you are just starting out. All you need is the desire and will to do it. See you on the water!

Wekiva Standupoffers SUP lessons, SUP eco tours, SUP surf lessons, SUP fitness classes, and private SUP parties. Our instructors are WPA Level 1 and Paddle Fit Level 2 Certified so you can assure yourself that you are in good hands. You will safely learn proper technique and most of all have FUN!

What better place to "walk on water", than in our own backyard on the wild and scenic Wekiva River. We also travel to other areas around Central Florida for SUPing and encountering wildlife including the beaches and intra-coastal waterways of Volusia County.
